About Danbro Bakery
This bakery from Milan, Italy serves 40 varieties of bread, waffles, cakes, and cookies along with some delicious Italian dishes. The new Italian boulangerie and patisserie opened its first store in Kailash Colony recently. The interiors of the bakery are elegant and super Instagrammable!
We got in touch with their Chef Anjali Mohan who told us what was the concept of opening an Italian bakery in India, “It is a known fact that Italy has some really nice Bakeries. We wanted to showcase this fact of Italy because we ourselves discovered some great bakeries on our various visits to this beautiful nation”.

Danbro promises to be a one-of-the-kind patisserie that offers tasty bites and celestial delights to all the food lovers. The boulangerie is curated by Italian chefs- Davide Quaglini and Carlos. But especially for the Delhi bakery, Chef Anjali Mohan will be handling all the rich taste and quality check.
Hot Lava Cake, Waffle, Bruschettas & More
Danbro is a perfect amalgamation of sweet and savours treats, and they also specialise in their all-day breakfast menu. You can enjoy their variety of egg dishes like fried eggs, omelette, poached and scrambled eggs.

Once you land in here, go for their Iced Mocha and pair it up Cheese Corn Fingers, Farmhouse Pizza and Bruschetta. And to end your meal on a sweet and delicious note, order their Hot Lava Cake and Waffle Fraises. It is one of their hot sellers on the menu!
Talking about the most selling items, Anjali said, “Most of the products are being well received but people are loving our Sacher, Pineapple Upside-down, Baked New York Cheesecake and Tiramisu”.
