If we ask you to choose one, waffle or cake, what’s your pick? Well, if you are someone who loves sweets way too much then we are sure you won’t be able to resist yourself.
We got in touch with Alisha Aggarwal, co-founder of The Belgian Waffle Co who gave us insights about the dish.
“Waffle Cake is the first of its kind. Waffles itself are a relatively new format and it is something that is a first in India. It gives our waffles more occasions to enjoy the waffle and it is a new and different dessert option that people can enjoy in a group”.

Alisha added, “The Waffle Cake is made with our characteristic waffle batter options of dark, red velvet and classic in a single or double layer with a variety of complementary toppings and fillings. We have started with four best selling flavors that are quite different from each other in order to make sure there is something for everyone”.
