Hey, Delhi peeps! The closet bookworm in you should be somersaulting right now! Why? Well, get ready to splurge on your favourite books because India’s biggest world book fair is back in Delhi from the 5th to the 13th January and it is bigger than ever! Hosted by the National Book Trust, the fair will have countless numbers of books for you to gorge on and buy. Whatever genre, whatever theme, name it and you’ll find it at the World Book Fair 2019!

Some of the key highlights at this fair will be:

Cultural Shows: The fair will see a lot of song performances, dances, theatre by renowned artists. Their cultural shows have gathered appreciation from many throughout the country and amongst the foreign tourists as well.

Author’s Corner: Another special addition to this event is the Author’s corner. This dedicated corner will witness dialogues, panel discussions, the plethora of book launches all domestic publishers, authors, and book lovers. It will also have many literary activities and will definitely be a buzzing spot at the book fair.

Children’s Pavilion: A paradise for kids, the children’s pavilion will host activities such as skits, dramas, street plays, musical presentations, storytelling sessions, workshops, panel discussions, etc. so that the kids take an interest in the world of books.

International Events Corner: All the foreign embassies, authors, book promotion agencies will be here to exchange their ideas and broaden your perspective about literature. There will also be several workshops and discussions at this corner.
