The masseurs have been trained by experienced people from Holland and specialize in a host of massages as per your body needs such as Balinese Massage, Swedish massage and Hot Stone Massage. If you are the kind who does not enjoy the extremities of sitting in a 55 degree centigrade steam room or sauna , well there is a new concept (A Turkish one), called Hamam. A Hamam is similar to a steam or a sauna, only the temperature is more hospitable and you can sit and relax there for longer hours. The body is allowed to perspire and release its fat and oils. The pores of the skin are then closed by taking a cold shower.
Well if all that exercising and spa treatment made you hungry, then FitPlaza also houses Harriez which is a first ever revolving multi-cuisine restaurant in Gurgaon. Harriez has a elegant architecture which resembles a club. There are two concentric circles with the inner circle making up for the bar and the outer circle as the sitting area. It’s the floor of the outer circle which revolves, and gives you a good view of the Aravalli hills.
