If you have been meaning to try out some authentic Vietnamese cuisine, then you must head to Rice, located in Radisson Blu Dwarka. The use of herbs, meat, fresh veggies and less oil make Vietnamese food one of the healthiest cuisines in the world. So you can head here even if you are watching your diet. While you are here, definitely try out their Singapore rice noodles and fried ice cream (yes!).

2. Burma Burma- Burmese
Odds are that you have already heard of or been to Burma Burma, considering its the rage these days, especially when it comes to vegetarian food. They serve some amazingly good all-vegetarian Burmese dishes, and while you are there, do not miss out on their special Samosa soup! Apart from that, the khao suey is to die for!

3. Guppy By Ai- Japanese
Located in the heart of Lodhi Colony, Guppy by Ai is one of the very few restaurants in the city which serve delish Japanese cuisine. From Ramen to Sushi to innovative cocktails, you’d want to try out everything once you step in here. Do try their braised pork belly and prawn tempura sushi, or sweet potato tempura if you are looking for vegetarian options.

4. Lavaash By Sabi- Armenian
This is probably the only restaurant in the entire city which serves authentic Armenian food. In fact, their food is an amalgamation of Bengali and Armenian cuisines, and the results are nothing short of mouthwatering! It’s located at Mehrauli, which makes it possible for the diners to have a beautiful view of the might Qutub Minar. Now, who wouldn’t want to eat with that view, right! While you are here, definitely try Mutton Railway Curry and mutton seekhs kebabs served with traditional Armenian Lavash bread.

5. Gung The Palace- Korean
Korean cuisine is mainly dominated by rice, veggies and meat, and we’re sure every Dilli wala loves all these three! Located at the hip and happening sector 29, Gurgaon, Gung The Palace serves some lip-smacking Korean food. Also, you can go all berserk here, if you are up for some experimenting with your food! Yes! While you are here, try out the spicy squid, seafood casserole and the famous rice-based dish- bibimbap.

6. Le Cirque- French
If you are looking for some breathtakingly elite ambience and some amazing flavours to go with exotic wines, then Le Cirque is the right place for you. It’s expensive AF, but the dining experience is totally worth it, complete with some amazing food and a view of Rashtrapati Bhavan, yes! While you are there, try wood-fired French baby chicken and their to-die-for desserts, like Creme brûlée and Tiramisu.
