They let children communicate well and work on their oratory and speech skills. 4. The Eclectic Book Club for Women

Started by two women, The Eclectic Book Club For Women is an all-women book group. The women meet once a month, usually in Lajpat Nagar and schedule a meet-up to discuss books over snacks. At meetings, a moderated discussion about the books takes place. Not only that, you also get an opportunity to buy a copy of next month’s book and vote on the next book to read for the club. And often, they organize a screening of movies if the books have been converted into movies.

They have an amazing and interactive fun library that is full of books curated for children between the ages of 1 to 8 years. Bring Your Own Book club is a volunteer-led community. Members here discuss the book of their choice and even exchange books with each other. Not just in Delhi, they have their centres in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Surat, and Hyderabad. The location of the meetup is not fixed but the members of the club pre-decides the place and time to discuss the book they are currently reading. The meetups are usually held in parks or cafes. Sounds like fun, right?

7. Novel Ideas Gurgaon

Novel Ideas has over 700 registered members who are mostly aged between 20 to 40 years. The group indulges in some intellectual discussions on books, politics, religion and all the other topics which are quite trending. The members meet on alternate Saturdays for 2 hours at book stores or at coffee shops around M.G. Road, Gurgaon.
